Terms of Service

Welcome to Vistai. These Terms of Service govern your access to vistai.site, the Vistai web app, Orba Companion, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy.

If you do not agree, please do not use Vistai. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service. Vistai is not directed at children.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Information you provide — including username and profile details — must be accurate and must not impersonate others or violate our username policy.

• One person per account unless we explicitly authorize otherwise.
• Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
• Invite codes, when required, are single-use and non-transferable.

Vistai offers a limited free trial and paid subscription plans (Lite, Plus, and Max). Plan features and prices are shown on /upgrade and may change with notice. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments. By starting a paid subscription you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel.

• New accounts receive a 7-day Lite trial without a card. After the trial, a paid plan is required for full access.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period at the then-current rate for your plan.
• Taxes may apply where required by law and will be charged when applicable.
• If a payment fails, we may suspend or limit access until payment succeeds.
• Mid-cycle upgrades or downgrades are scheduled for your next billing date; your current plan stays active until then.
• You can manage payment methods, invoices, and cancellation from /billing via the Dodo customer portal.

Fees are generally non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy or where required by law.

You may cancel a paid subscription at any time from Manage subscription on /billing. After you cancel, you keep access to paid features until the end of the current billing period you already paid for. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund or credit for unused days, except where required by law or covered under our Refund Policy.

Vistai owns the Service, its branding, preset planet content, UI, and underlying software. You retain ownership of original content you create — such as custom planet titles and reasons — but grant Vistai a license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the Service.

Do not copy, reverse-engineer, or resell Vistai assets without written permission.

You agree not to misuse Vistai. Prohibited behavior includes:

• Harassment, hate speech, or illegal activity on public profiles or community spaces.
• Attempting to bypass plan limits, authentication, billing, or security controls.
• Scraping, bulk automation, or actions that degrade the Service for others.
• Misusing cloud Connectors, MCP access, or OAuth tokens to access data you are not authorized to use.
• Uploading malware or interfering with other users' accounts or data.

Our Discord server follows the same standards — be respectful, stay on topic, and follow Discord's terms alongside ours.

Orba and other AI features generate suggestions, plans, and coaching. Output can be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for how you use AI output. Vistai is not a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise).

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vistai disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the Service will meet every expectation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vistai's total liability arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to Vistai for the Service in the three months before the claim, or (b) ₹2,000. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed.

You may stop using Vistai at any time. You can permanently delete your account from Settings (Delete account), or request help via support@vistai.site. Cancel any paid subscription from Billing if you want to review invoices before deletion — deleting also attempts to stop future renewals.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for other users, fail to pay, or if we discontinue part of the Service. Where possible, we will provide notice before termination except for serious abuse or legal requirements.

We may update these Terms as Vistai evolves — new features, plan tiers, pricing, or legal requirements. Material changes will be announced with reasonable notice through the app, email, or our Discord community before they take effect.

Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms. If you disagree with a change, stop using the Service, cancel any subscription, and request account deletion.
