Terms of Service

Welcome to Vistai. These Terms of Service govern your access to vistai.site, the Vistai web app, Orba Companion, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, please do not use Vistai. You must be old enough to consent to these Terms in your jurisdiction to use the Service.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Information you provide — including username and profile details — must be accurate and must not impersonate others or violate our username policy.

• One person per account unless we explicitly authorize otherwise.
• Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
• Invite codes, when required, are single-use and non-transferable.

Vistai owns the Service, its branding, preset planet content, UI, and underlying software. You retain ownership of original content you create — such as custom planet titles and reasons — but grant Vistai a license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the Service.

Do not copy, reverse-engineer, or resell Vistai assets without written permission.

You agree not to misuse Vistai. Prohibited behavior includes:

• Harassment, hate speech, or illegal activity on public profiles or community spaces.
• Attempting to bypass plan limits, authentication, or security controls.
• Scraping, bulk automation, or actions that degrade the Service for others.
• Misusing cloud Connectors, MCP access, or OAuth tokens to access data you are not authorized to use.
• Uploading malware or interfering with other users' accounts or data.

Our Discord server follows the same standards — be respectful, stay on topic, and follow Discord's terms alongside ours.

You may stop using Vistai at any time and request account deletion via support@vistai.site.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for other users, or if we discontinue part of the Service. Where possible, we will provide notice before termination except for serious abuse or legal requirements.

We may update these Terms as Vistai evolves — new features, plan tiers, or legal requirements. Material changes will be announced with reasonable notice through the app, email, or our Discord community before they take effect.

Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms. If you disagree with a change, stop using the Service and request account deletion.
